Amanda began working at Nemacolin Wooflands Pet Care Center when it opened in July of 2015, and took on a managerial role the next year. She has always held a strong passion for animals, even at a very early age, and has spent years working with animals in various fields. She has held leadership positions in other boarding facilities, pet stores, as a pet sitter and as a dog trainer. She enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, creating art and exploring new things. However, she spends most of her down time enjoying the company of her family and friends, her boyfriend Matt, and their son Parker. Amanda hopes to continue her discovery of learning opportunities at Nemacolin Wooflands Pet Care Center and strives to continue to make all animals a part of her everyday working career.
